Caitlin has recently successfully achieved her Level 2 qualification in Estate Agency and is currently working towards her level 3 qualification, demonstrating her dedication to professional growth. Hardworking, polite and well mannered, Caitlin has been with Price & Co for nearly 3 years now and she plays an important role in all of her clients property journeys, conducting property listings, viewings and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish enhancing the level of personal touch for all clients. Caitlin also has also contributes to the high quality marketing of your property, helping to present homes in their best light.

As Director, Matt oversees the daily operations of the business, ensuring smooth management and upholding the highest standards. He plays a key role in customer interactions, maintaining a strong company presence and ensuring excellent service. Passionate about supporting the local community, Matt is always eager to help and brings enthusiasm to every aspect of his work.

Hollie has successfully achieved her Level 2 qualification in Property Management and is currently working towards her level 3 qualification. Hollie brings a dedicated and proactive approach to her role and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure the best service for our clients. Hollie now manages her own property portfolio and with her friendly and approachable personality, she makes the process as smooth and as stress free as possible for both landlords and tenants.  Her expertise in social media and marketing allows us to showcase our properties to the highest standard, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement.

Kayla is currently towards her level 2 qualification in Lettings & Property Management, since joining the team in late 2024, Kayla’s progression in this time is second to none. Now managing her own property portfolio, Kayla has excellent customer service and communication skills that are demonstrated on a day to day basis which help her develop relationships with both landlords and tenants. Kayla is highly organised and all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and to a very high level.

Claire brings over 20 years of sales experience, with a strong background in the property sector. She is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and takes pride in providing a personal, client-focused approach. As your sole point of contact from the sale being agreed all the way through to completion, Claire ensures a seamless and stress-free experience every step of the way.

Dominik is a hardworking and well mannered team member who plays a key role in our sales team. As a valuer and sales negotiator, Dominik plays a key role in conducting property viewings, negotiating and ensuring a smooth, stress-free experience for clients throughout their journey. Known for his professional approach, he consistently builds strong rapport with buyers and sellers alike. Dominik has a talent for securing accepted offers and is always ready to go the extra mile for clients.

Sophie is the newest member of our team joining us in March 2026, Sophie has joined our busy lettings department and we are delighted to have her as part of our team and grow her career in property. Sophie is local to Westhoughton and has previously worked in a family run business so is aware of the core values of how our close team dynamic works. Sophie has excellent customer service and communication skills which makes her a great asset to the team.
